As of October 2025, the Equity-Oriented Model of Care (E-MOC) Project Team, in collaboration with EQUIP Health Care, received the Teamwork and Collaboration Award from the BC Cancer Excellence Awards Selection Committee. This honour celebrates our collective efforts to adapt the EQUIP Health Care equity-oriented care model for cancer care — working closely with community-based partners to advance equity across the sector.
