With partners, EQUIP created a suite of Rate Your Organization Tools, which can be used individually or as a series tailored to your context. The Rate Your Organization Tools include:

• Trauma- and Violence-Informed Care
Use these worksheets to assess your own organization, agency, or setting in terms of the strategies below. The goal is to support conversation among all staff to optimize the organization’s actions and capacity for equity-oriented care.
Permissions Process
The Rate Your Organization Tools are freely available and downloadable below. We ask that you send us a brief email (equip.healthcare@ubc.ca) informing us of the purpose and setting in which you are considering using the Rate Your Organization tools. We are using this information to track how EQUIP resources are being used, and any lessons related to the content or format (e.g., difficulties in administration). If you are willing to share basic information with us about how the tools performed in your context, we will add this to our records so that others can benefit from your work. We would appreciate it if you could send this information to us when your work has been completed.
